With my happiness in mind, I’ve identify what my current core desire feelings are, and made a plan on how I will serve them in my last official semester in college. They are promises and guidelines of what I need to do to be happy. Hung right by my bedroom door, they will gently remind me to relax when I beset with due dates and essays.
To make sure I am on track, I have also created a list of goals of things I want to do. They have no deadline or pressure to do it all. I’ve schedule weeks where doing nothing is okay, and actually prefered. My hope is with writing only a small number of goals, I can focus on what is on my list.
